When you make a booking or enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup location and the number of people in your party. If you send us a message via WhatsApp or our contact form, we also keep a copy of that conversation.

We do not collect payment card details on our website. Card payments, when offered, are processed by a licensed third-party payment provider.

To confirm and deliver your booking (pickup coordination, driver assignment, camp planning).

To contact you about your tour — reminders, weather updates, itinerary changes.

To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.

To send occasional promotional messages about our tours, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We share your information only with the people who need it to deliver your tour — our drivers, camp partners and, where required, hotels or tour operators who referred your booking.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may disclose information if required by UAE law or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.

Our website uses minimal cookies required for basic site functionality. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how visitors use our site — this data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

We keep booking records for as long as is necessary for accounting, tax and customer service purposes, typically no longer than five years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we treat guest data with the same care as our tours.

During tours our staff and guests may take photos and short videos, some of which we use on our website and social channels. If you'd prefer not to appear in any marketing material, please tell your driver or guide at the start of the tour and we will respect that.
