Terms & Conditions

All bookings are confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Verbal or unconfirmed requests do not guarantee availability.

Guests must provide accurate name, contact number, pickup address and number of participants. Any incorrect information may delay or cancel the pickup without refund.

Full payment or a deposit (as agreed at booking) is required to secure your tour. We accept cash on pickup, bank transfer, and card payments where available.

Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include all items listed in the package inclusions. Optional extras are charged separately.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour: full refund or free reschedule.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour: 50% cancellation fee applies.

No-shows or cancellations after pickup has begun are non-refundable.

Xtreme Dune Safari reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

Desert safaris — especially dune bashing and quad/dune buggy rides — are adventure activities. Guests participate at their own risk and must follow all instructions from drivers and guides.

Pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, spinal or neck problems, or other serious medical conditions are advised not to participate in dune bashing or buggy rides. Please inform us at booking of any medical concerns.

Children under the age of 3 are not permitted on dune bashing vehicles for their safety.

Guests are expected to respect local customs, the environment, other guests and our staff. We reserve the right to end a tour without refund for any guest whose behaviour endangers others or damages equipment or property.

Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on all tours except where licensed alcoholic beverages are explicitly offered as part of the package.

Xtreme Dune Safari carries the vehicle and passenger insurance required by UAE law. We are not liable for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings, or for injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.

Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for our marketing unless you notify us in writing at the time of the tour.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking is the version that applies to your tour.
